CARRIAGE CHARGES
Carriage charges are included for delivery on the UK mainland only.Special additional charges apply to Scotland, Dyfed, Powys, Isle of Wight and Devon & Cornwall

CLAIMS
Claims for damage must be notified within 3 days. In case of
non delivery, notification should be within seven days of expected
date of receipt.
DELIVERY
Delivery is effected by a Carrier up to 14 days before the
date requested. Delivery is made to the address as specified on
the Order Form. Please ensure that the delivery address is
manned Monday through Friday between 9:00am and 6:00pm, as a signature
will be required.
DESCRIPTION & QUALITY
All selections are described fully and a suggested firing order
is available on request. Every effort is made to supply all goods
as itemised but we reserve the right to substitute any item that
is not available. If this should occur we take particular care to
give at least equal quality and value.
ORDERING BY POST
Simply complete the order form and return it with your payment.
Cheques should be made payable to PAINS FIREWORKS LIMITED. If you
are paying by credit card please complete the section at the bottom
of the order form.
ORDERING BY FAX
Please follow the steps as with orders by post. Do write clearly
as sometimes the fax reproduction can be difficult to read. Simply
send your fax to 01794 884015. If you are paying by cheque, your
fax will need to be followed up with your payment prior to despatch.
VAT
VAT is added to all orders at the rate of 17.5% on the net price.
Should the rate change, VAT will be charged at the rate ruling at
the time of despatch.
