Stars charity ball with table fountains

Of the many occasions over the festive season that Pains’ unique fountain system went out, the GEM and MNDA Charities Ice Fantasy Ball was particularly spectacular.

Hosted by television stars Denise Welch and Tim Healy, the opening of the event was highlighted by Pains Table Fountains to the applause of the many stars and friends from Coronation Street, Waterloo Road, Heartbeat and Emmerdale. With over 600 guests at this fabulous occasion, Pains had 63 tables to fire from.

Using the Pains candelabras decorated with festive conifers by the event organiser, Julie Arnold of Entertainment Today, the couple’s entrance was heralded with music from Carmina Burana and the “cold-burn” fountains erupting from all of the table centres.
